I bought an older house back in 2019. The ac / hvac System is older. the breakers ideally need to be replaced. I've had the ac die several times since owning the house.
Rich responds swiftly every time. Each time I think I'm gonna be paying 2k+ he comes through with his knowledge and experience and gets my ac up and running at an exceptional price. He takes good care of you. He's personable - replies to text messages anytime of day. I believe in being loyal to those who treat you well and take care of you. Rich is a good dude I would recommend his business any day the week, twice on Sunday.

Our AC stopped working during the peak of the heat wave Labor Day weekend. I sent a text Monday evening with the issues and got an immediate response. Richard was at me house by 8am Tuesday morning. He was absolutely transparent about what the issues were, what needed to be done to fix it and provided the repair costs along the way. After a couple repairs, coil cleaning and refrigerant refill we were comfortable again. I would absolutely recommend this business!!!

Richard to the rescue..... Sunday night around 730 pm my husband noticed the temperature in our 4 year old home felt a little warm. Come to find out, the AC had gone out and the temperature was quickly rising as the outside temperature was still over 100 degrees. Not a good situation with a newborn in the house and family visiting from out of town. A quick call to Richard and he was able to diagnose it over the phone, as well as provide my husband with the part (capacitor) early the next morning. Thanks to Richard, the AC was fixed the very next morning and without a hiccup.
Not only was it a holiday weekend, but Richard had just got home from a long day of work. He was more than willing to go back and forth over text and phone calls as we got to the bottom of the problem. Richard is professional, courteous and treats you like family. I would HIGHLY recommend Richard and his company for all of your HVAC needs.
PS. He also helped us in a similar situation with a rental house we were putting on the market several years back. Richard assisted over the phone, fixed the problem and had us ready for inspection the next morning.

Wow these guys are timely and highly professional.
Our Central AC compressor unit has stopped spinning 9pm, July 31st, in the middle of the hottest heat Season on record (111F in the shadow).
The issue was reported to them after 10pm by text. They responded within minutes and were able to come out the very next morning between 10am-1pm.
The problem (worn out or blown condenser) was identified after initial diagnostic and fix was offered at fairly reasonable cost, as well as an additional suggestions how to make the system last longer and improve its performance. All in all the visit and repairs/adjustments were performed and tested in less than 20 minutes!
Pretty happy so far. Hoping this is a long term relationship.

Fast professional service with no up sale. if you have time get a few quotes before you start your job.
1st Visit I got my unit serviced before the heat in May. It's an older unit, so it needs to be replaced. Al came by my place and diagnosed the problem. It's basically my capacitor, and fuse. It was about $300 for the capacitors, start accessory, and some Freon. He explained that the parts were covered by a 1 year warranty.
2nd Visit My AC went out the night before on one of the hottest days of summer. I contacted Richard the next day, and he had availability to see me the same day. He came by diagnosed the problem. It turns out my AC draws a lot of power, and it's hard on the capacitor and one burned out. He replaced the capacitors, and explained that I will have to replace the unit soon. He didn't try to sell me anything. All he did was provide information, and fixed the problem, and now I have cool air. Hopefully this lasts till the end of Summer. Rich responds swiftly every time. Each time I think I'm gonna be paying 2k+ he comes through with his knowledge and experience and gets my ac up and running at an exceptional price. He takes good care of you. Price: To me the amount was reasonable to repair the issue. It would have been cheaper if I did it myself, but I'm not an expert and it would take time to research the situation, watch Youtube Videos, and order the parts, and tools used to change out the capacitors. Now that I have an idea of the issue I might try it. (I'll probably buy a new central cooling unit, eh we'll see)
Service calls are free. They do not pressure you into buying anything. They inform you of your problem, and offer you a solution. If it's too high you can call around and get quotes. Their website states they will beat any written quote by 10-30%.
